Every year I pledge to eat right and lose weight.
But this year will be different.
Instead of focusing on weight I’ll focus on me as the person.
A number on the scale will never define as a person.
So I’ll work on being a better person. Let everything else fall into place.
My plan is to
1) smile more
2) stress less
3) eat healthy
4) exercise every day
5) listen better
6) love myself
7) keep thinking
8) forget about the number and focus on how I feel,
