I think about so many things in life.
When I feel at my worst or loneliest there are always things I tell myself to feel better.
And sometimes to remind myself of the person I need to be.

- Let go of hate

- Be proud
- Admit mistakes
- Try to laugh
- Cry only when needed
- Refuse to accept less
- Love yourself
