So I decided to take a test to see if I have lost any ground in losing weight.
Did I step on the scale?
I have been trying to avoid the scale because it gets me worked up.
Instead I pulled out one of my tighter pairs of jeans.
I took a breath, pulled them on.
They buttoned without too much trouble!
I was happy. The scale says I am up a couple of pounds by my jeans tell me I’m hanging in!
Always try to fit in!
