To snack or not to snack that is the question.
After a long day I feel tempted to pull out a savory or decadent snack.
Crispy and salty potato chips.
A gooey chocolate brownie.
Cold and creamy ice cream.
To name a few of my foes.
Yet I head toward the refrigerator and cupboards to try my best to pick a healthy snack.
Fresh fruit or vegetables.
Crunchy rice cakes
Or a couple almonds
A daunting task for me!
