I have to say I am still doing the cardio kick boxing.
I love the exercise and the challenges it presents for me.
It has been a long hard road but I find I can keep up.
Well most of the time! LOL
The only thing is that I probably don’t look to graceful with some of the moves.
My arms and legs flailing around all over the place.
Also I’m usually sweating profusely and gasping for air.
This is hard for me but I feel like I need to continue doing it!
It’s not pretty but I’m getting the job done!
