Here I go again!

A new week filled with challengers!

Will I lose another pound?

Will I continue exercising at frantic pace?

Will I overeat?

Will I get mad at myself?

I’m not sure but I will let you know!

  1. Just stay positive (which you’re doing a great job at by the way), don’t beat yourself up if you slip (we all do it – I was horrible yesterday….) and everything will be just fine! 😀
