Chinese Food

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Apple pie

Vanilla Milkshake

I may have missed a couple!!! LOL

  1. Yep! They all sound good! ๐Ÿ™‚ My weight loss counselor says to ask yourself what the nutritional value of the food is that you’re craving. How will you feel 30 minutes after you eat it? What’s the benefit of eating it and why should you let that particular food have control over you. She said by asking these things you’ll most likely talk yourself out of eating unhealthy foods. Hope that helps with your cravings! ๐Ÿ™‚
