Today’s exercise

In the fitting walking class the pace was much faster. But I love it!! The best part is at the end when I am so tired. We do our intervals I refuse to walk quickly and instead I choose to jog or run in place. Ii is a rush!! I get sad when it ends!!

I can see why people love to run because once your body feels it can not go anymore an adrenaline push powers you past your old limits.

Need to keep this train moving!!! TGIF

    • I have never ran in my life except when forced to in gym. We can do this together and since you have experience feel free to share with a beginner like me!!! 🙂
