In the fitting walking class the pace was much faster. But I love it!! The best part is at the end when I am so tired. We do our intervals I refuse to walk quickly and instead I choose to jog or run in place. Ii is a rush!! I get sad when it ends!!
I can see why people love to run because once your body feels it can not go anymore an adrenaline push powers you past your old limits.
