Take your portion size down by a half.
Share the other half with your husband, family member or friend.
My husband used to make 2 steaks for dinner, I told him one. Now we share it.
If I get chocolate bar I never eat the entire thing(only on really bad days). I usually share it with a friend especially at work.
I try to eat less and encourage others to do the same with me.
