I could go for junk food!!! Feeling a little weak!!! Thought I’d try to keep myself on track!!!

    • I kind of did. I ate a little bit too much but I exercised for about an hour. Now I feel really good and I am not hungry. Thanks for asking!! 🙂 Hope all is going well for you!!

      • Yay for exercise! It’s ok if you ate a bit too much – maybe it was just the right amount since you’re not hungry now. Just always listen to your body and follow through and you’ll do great!

        All is well with me – had a kick ass workout this evening! I’m going to sleep like a baby 🙂

  1. What is the source of your desire for junk food? Excess weight is external, but it’s often the sign of problems that are internal, of anxiety, depression, loneliness.

    • I think all of the above. I am a very anxious person and have suffered from depression. My husband works nights as well. It has been a challenge but the more I am open to my issues the better success I have had with food. Thanks for listening!! I really appreciate it!!
