Beyond the numbers

So I have decided to look at some things without taking into account the number of pounds I have lost. Does anyone notice anything different since losing weight?

  1. Eating clean has also…. given me a clearer complexion, given me more energy, allowed me to sleep more restfully, use less dish soap, save money on groceries, and feel more in control!

    Stick with it, it takes time to see the number fall and even then, it’s so gradual it can sometimes kill your motivation. Try weighing yourself only once a week first thing in the morning.
