Feel Like Snacking

I could really go for some chocolate right now. I have stayed away from it but there are times I just need something. I tried some rice cakes no luck. I was thinking of some coffee but I don’t want to be up all night. Maybe some popcorn or possibly a cup of hot cocoa. Not too many calories and it may curb my craving. LOL. Ice cream sounds good too……………………………….

  1. I too am struggling with cravings right now. They say that what you think about gets bigger and bigger or what you focus on will increase, so I am trying to focus on being thirsty for water, and hungry for fresh fruits lol
