Exercise gets easier when you do it each day. Today I felt very good at my exercise class and kept up.It is a mind over matter. Instead of looking at the clock I focus on what I am doing and the people around me. When I get tired I shrug it off. Feeling good!!!!
Tomorrow I have weight watchers. There was a 2 week hiatus due to the holidays. I hope the results will be good. I need to find something really light to wear!!!! LOL
